TU Refresh is a daily emotion check-in app. Enter the app once a day to record how you're feeling! The app will prompt you do perform a certain activity based on the emotion you chose. These activities are designed to either keep up your good moods or help improve your poor ones! Your daily recorded emotion will be logged in a color-coded calendar inside the app so that you can go back and reflect how your emotions have fluctuated over time.
